Hi, I’m Donna. I’m a researcher with over 12 years of experience leading quantitative, qualitative, consumer, and B2B research.
I’m currently a Senior Consultant, Market Research at Point32Health, where I design and lead custom research to inform key organizational initiatives. I collaborate with leaders across marketing, product strategy, and customer experience to turn business questions into research solutions. Point32Health is the parent organization of Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Tufts Health Plan.
Previously, I was the Director, Research, Data, and Analytics at Momentum ITSMA, a growth consultancy that pioneered Account-Based Marketing (ABM). I conducted strategic research studies for clients at top technology and professional services companies, such as buyer persona, thought leadership, brand, and customer experience research.
